Salesforce Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst!
Core competencies:
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation:
Skilled in conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
Expertise in documenting requirements through user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to ensure clarity and stakeholder alignment.
Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization:
Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify pain points.
Design and implement streamlined workflows leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Salesforce Cloud Expertise:
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud capabilities, including lead and opportunity management, case management, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
Adept at leveraging these clouds to tailor solutions that meet unique business needs.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training Support:
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Proficient in analyzing Salesforce data using standard and custom reports, dashboards, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Engage with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels to align expectations, manage requirements changes, and communicate project progress.
Serve as a trusted liaison between business and technical teams to foster collaboration and transparency.
Collaboration & Agile Methodologies: Experienced working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with developers and administrators to prioritize requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce releases.
