Job Type: Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Salesforce projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
Use Jira to plan, track, and report on project progress, manage user stories, tasks, and epics.
Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and team efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
Provide regular status updates and documentation to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master, ideally in Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management (creating boards, workflows, custom filters, dashboards).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Salesforce platform basics is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
Familiarity with other project management and collaboration tools (Confluence, Trello, Slack).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
