SCRUM / Project Manager
We’re hiring a SCRUM / Project Manager!
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and facilitate our Salesforce implementation and development projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience using Jira to manage workflows and sprints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master, ideally in Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management (creating boards, workflows, custom filters, dashboards).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Salesforce platform basics is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
Familiarity with other project management and collaboration tools (Confluence, Trello, Slack).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
