How many of us would like a website?

Some of us would like to enter to the world of web development, and we would like to know everything about it.

In my case, I wanted to make a website. I learned how to do it with some tools and websites that make websites with ready-made tools. It was very intriguing, but I ran into some problems.

  • Is it accessible? No
  • Did it meet all the functionality requirements? No
  • Were there good practices? No
  • Did it rate well on SEO? No
  • Was web accessibility good? No

And I was not aware that all of that was important for web development.

Did you also think that just looking pretty was enough? Happened to me.

Later, I realized that it was not that simple. I had to look for tools to improve everything I had already.

I was very excited about the website; but, who filled out my form? Who viewed my website? Almost nobody…

It’s just that I hadn’t done it right.

I have learned that doing things without experience, sometimes, is more expensive. I thought that not paying someone to do it would save me, but I ended up in a funnel doing more to fix it because I hadn’t done it right.

Furthermore, I think that what is most significant is to feel that I can unplug and know that things will be done well.

Which brings me to… I need a web development consultant!

And my search begins…first step: GOOGLE

Google gives me many ways in which I can find a Web Development Consultant, and the first thing I get are many ads; Ads from El Salvador, Indian Ads, Ads from different agencies from different countries

And then… The announcements of hiring a freelance begin, and the doubts begin about how to hire a freelancer.

  • What if I pay him and he scams me?
  • What if I hire him, and he leaves, and I can’t contact him again?
  • What if I hire him and waste my time because he didn’t really know what he was doing?

STOP ANXIETY!

So many bad things that can happen, and we just wanted to unplug. Find someone you trust, can we find that in the search engine? Finding someone who knows what he’s doing, can we make sure we find him first time?
